After a series of rumors, OnePlus has now officially begun teasing the imminent launch of their upcoming tablet, the OnePlus Pad Go, in India. The company has also confirmed that the tablet is set to make its debut on October 6th.

OnePlus has announced that the OnePlus Pad Go is designed to expand the OnePlus ecosystem to a wider audience, all while maintaining an uncompromised user experience and design excellence.

The tablet will feature the same ergonomic design elements as the OnePlus Pad, including the distinctive curved-edge design, the unique green color scheme, and the centrally-placed camera layout. These design choices have been thoughtfully selected for their ability to precisely capture the user’s perspective. OnePlus has consistently retained these key design elements to establish a cohesive visual identity that runs throughout the entire Pad series

The OnePlus Pad Go’s rear design features a unique blend of two distinct shades of green, with both a bright matte metal finish and a glossy finish. The collage of textures creates a visually appealing and tactile experience.

The OnePlus Pad Go will come in a refreshing new Twin Mint hue, introducing a unique aesthetic to the tablet market. The company has confirmed that the tablet will feature a 2.4K display, with TÜV Rheinland certification for eye care and Dolby Atmos support.

The OnePlus Pad Go will run on the Android 13-based Oxygen OS 13 out of the box, with plans to upgrade to OxygenOS 14 in the future. It will also feature Content Sync, a feature that facilitates the synchronization of OTP verification messages, cellular data sharing, and rich text messages with OnePlus smartphones. This functionality was initially introduced with the OnePlus Pad.

Additionally, the tablet will support various cross-device features such as copy and paste, notification sharing, and file sharing between compatible devices. Notably, two models of the tablet, OPD2304 and OPD2305, have surfaced in BIS certification, suggesting the availability of both Wi-Fi and cellular versions. It’s worth noting that the OnePlus Pad was previously released in a Wi-Fi-only model.

Like other OnePlus devices, the OnePlus Pad Go will be made available for purchase through popular online retailers such as Amazon.in and Flipkart. It will also be offered on the official OnePlus India website and can be obtained from physical OnePlus stores offline. OnePlus plans to unveil additional information about the tablet in the upcoming days as the official launch date next month approaches.
