It’s not even been a month since OnePlus revealed the 7T and 7T Pro and we already got our hands on the first look at the OnePlus 8, and today we get to see the first look for Pro variant, OnePlus 8 Pro. The Noted Leaker @OnLeaks tweeted the rendered images for the OnePlus 8 Pro and further posted a link to more info in a 91Mobiles Post.
The Pro variant, just like its predecessor, is tipped to sport a hole-punch housing a single camera, ditching the pop-up camera module.
- OnePlus 8 Pro to reportedly feature a 6.65-inch curved display.
- It is expected to launch in the first half of the year 2020, along with the 5G support.
- The Smartphone to have a hole-punch housing a single camera.
This leak, from the courtesy of 91Mobiles in collaboration with @OnLeaks, displays the phone in a grey colour with glossy finish. The Smartphone is tilted to feature a 6.65-inch curved display with a 90Hz refresh rate like the OnePlus 7T Pro. However, the key artistic change on the Pro variant will be the hole-punch camera positioned in the upper left corner, ditching the pop-up camera design we saw on its predecessor.
There is also a depth-sensing 3D ToF sensor on the back for applications such as 3D photography and AR among others, accompanied by an LED flash. The LED flash located right below the triple camera setup, under which you will also find the familiar OnePlus logo.
Although OnLeaks is known to be right for most of its leaks, we would still much anticipated to see what pops up closer to the launch of the OnePlus 8 series. The design doesn’t seem something we haven’t seen already with OnePlus 7T Pro, but we’re sure OnePlus has something to impress us when it comes to features and specifications.
