The All New Mahindra Thar 2020 has been in development from quite a time now. We have been witnessing a lot of leaks and spy images surfacing over the Internet. We were expecting the car to be showcased in Auto expo 2020. However, it looks like that the company decided to host an official launch of Thar 2020. With so many videos and photos surfaced over internet till now, we have got the insight of the Mahindra Thar interiors. It’s the first time that spied images have confirmed Mahindra Thar 2020 Sunroof.
Mahindra Thar 2020 with Sunroof
While we did not get to see any much interior images previously, the new spied images reports the Thar 2020 will get an updated cabin and will mahindra’s thar car with sunroof. The mahindra car sunroof is one of the most favorite off-roader car of the country. The SUV with sunroof will get a total black dashboard sporting new dials arrangement for the air-con system, new steering wheel, centralized air-con vents, and an expected touchscreen infotainment system.
It will also have comfortable seats with improved side-bolstering for the driver and side person seat. The Thar 2020 will also sport features like a new instrument cluster with Multi-Information Display unit, and a new gear lever. Speaking of safety, the 2020 Mahindra Thar will have features like front, ABS driver airbag, rear parking sensors & speed alert system and much more.
New Mahindra Thar Engine
The SUV will be powered with a new BS6 emission compliant with 2 litre diesel motor which will feature on the upcoming XUV 500 and mahindra scorpio upcoming model later. The upcoming thar engine will be capable exert 140hp, making the new thar way more powerful than the current generation.
Good News! Mahindra will also be introducing a petrol option on the Thar. To expect, a full time 4×4 system, low ratio transfer case and a lockable differential will further help the Thar to excel in all kinds of surfaces. Thar is expected to face very lose competition in its competition which will majorly come from the Force Gurkha.
New Mahindra Thar Price in India
