Motorola’s much-anticipated One Hyper has been announced in the US markets and it brings a pop-up selfie camera to give the front of the device a completely screen-filled look with no notches.
The Motorola One Hyper is a stylish new phone with a 32-megapixel pop-up selfie camera, a 64-megapixel main camera and night mode. Now before the year concludes, Motorola comes up with another affordable smartphone in the form of the Motorola One Hyper, and, as the name suggests, it is the most extreme One series phone Motorola has made yet.
The One Hyper brings us the first pop-up camera for Motorola, a feature we’ve seen from Chinese brands like OnePlus, Vivo and Oppo. The camera pops up when you take a selfie, and retracts on its own. If you drop the phone, sensors also trigger the pop-up camera to go back in its hidey-hole. It’s also Motorola’s first phone with Android 10.
With the popular leaks surfacing from the couple of months, One Hyper is the first Motorola phone with a notch-less display along with thin bezels. The phone offers a 6.5-inch display but it still uses an IPS LCD panel with Full HD+ resolution. Also, Motorola has shifted the fingerprint sensor to the back and put an LED notification ring around it.
Motorola One Hyper Price in India offers a Mid-range Phone.
There’s also the headlining spec that gives the phone its name: 45W USB-C “hyper charging” that’s among the fastest supported charging speeds we’ve seen yet on a smartphone. There’s also a 3.5mm headphone jack, which is always nice to see. On the software side, the Motorola One Hyper ships with Android 10, which is especially welcome on a mid-range device like this.
A stylish design meets a suite of specs that are designed to get you through the day without a lot of extra fuss, excluding that pop-up camera of course. Motorola says that the One line gives the brand the freedom to experiment with features and design, since it’s not part of its essential portfolio of phones that’ll be upgraded as part of a yearly cycle.
